Our exercise classes include Yoga and Yoga for Kids. In addition to being fun-filled comprehensive work-outs they focus on proper use of the body, alignment, strength building. Varied therapeutic massages will not only reduce pain, tension, stress, and toxicity but will also improve flexibility. Additionally, we offer several alternative healing modalities, including Reiki, and Polarity. Clients interested in exploring the ancient arts of Numerology and Tarot Card Reading are invited to learn how to apply these teaching to their daily lives.

As a community resource, we encourage our guests to enjoy a snack at our Cafe, relax in our salon, browse through our library, drop off a can or box of food for our charity pantry, or simply enjoy meeting one another.
